American Tuner Dips the BMW M4 in Carbon Fiber, Car Looks Like a Predator
The latest generation BMW M4 has started aging rather nicely, and we're no longer bothered by its coffin grille. In fact, we think it's an interesting touch to the more aggressive (compared to the regular 4er) design, so the company's bet has paid off.

Mind you, even if you're not fans of the bucktooth grille, there are several tuners out there that have new bumpers on their shelves with smaller kidneys. However, this story isn't about making the premium compact sports coupe more discreet, but more aggressive, as it revolves around Vorsteiner's latest take on this model.

This company may have a German name, but it is American, and the pictured project was likely photographed somewhere in the United States. Nevertheless, where the images were taken is less important, as what matters here is the actual car, which has been seriously dipped in carbon fiber to the point where it looks extremely aggressive.

That's right, that bulging hood with its partial see-through design and the front bumper were made of the lightweight material. The carbon fiber hasn't received a special paint finish, as Vorsteiner chose to keep it raw. That way, the visible pattern contributes to this BMW M4 Coupe's revised stance, and this is one interesting way of making any ride stand out.

As a matter of fact, we reckon that the pictured machine can get a lot of attention even surrounded by many blue-blooded exotics, as vehicles featuring this much raw carbon fiber are extremely rare. This BMW M4 Coupe also has wider front fenders with vents visible right next to the hood, and carbon fiber side mirror caps. Elsewhere, it sports a matte black look and rides on bronze wheels.

However, as interesting as this project may be, it's not exactly our cup of tea. We can understand why certain people would get hyped upon seeing the images shared above, which came from the tuner's social media, yet we think the BMW M4 deserves something else. Since we're kids at heart, we'd give it fender flares, a more serious apron, side-skirt attachments, a different diffuser, and perhaps a large wing on the tailgate.

A new vented hood might also be part of the makeover, as well as a custom wrap to bring out the modifications. A new set of wheels would be mandatory, and there are literally countless options to choose from when it comes to running shoes. We might also choose a tweaked suspension to bring the body closer to the asphalt, and ultimately, we'd lift the output and thrust of the popular twin-turbo 3.0-liter straight-six engine to new heights.
