BMW 3 Series Review vs. Audi A4, C-Class, Volvo S60 and Giulia Sports Sedans
Try as they might, SUVs haven't stopped people from liking or buying premium European sports sedans of the smaller kind.

They are well designed, enjoyable to drive and have cool features. But if you're shopping around for a new 2020 car, which should you buy between the BMW 3 Series, the Audi A4, Mercedes-Benz C-Class, Volvo S60 and Alfa Romeo Giulia?

Although most of these cars are all-new or have been recently updated, the nameplates themselves have been around for decades. Obviously, the Giulia is different, but it's not like Alfa Romeo doesn't have an awesome heritage.

There we go making the mistake of praising one particular model, which is a surefire way of making enemies when you consider how many loyal customers and fans there are. Probably the most iconic of the group is the BMW 3 Series, known for its sportiness. This new model is bigger yet also lighter than before, and Mat Watson from Carwow believes it's got the best interior in the segment. So get your pitchforks, Audi and Mercedes fans!

He does have a bit of a point, though you can just as easily fall in love with the piano black dashboard of the C-Class or the screens of the Audi. The Giulia falls short, but many would put up with that just to be able to enjoy the way it drives. As for the Volvo, well it's more of a cruiser, and while the reviewer doesn't have nice things to say about its infotainment, we know plenty of people who think it's the best.

Even though it's not the go-to sports sedan, the refreshed Audi A4 does a lot of things really well today. The 2020 redesign adds boldness to its features, while the trunk is said to be the most practical. Audi's powertrains are really good too, and you can have fun with it, though it's actually the best car of the group for long trips or comfortable commutes.
